River Lynn is renting one of the properties I manage. She always looks good and I've stopped by multiple times to personally take care of issues just so I can see her. She stopped by my office today informing me she's leaving. Such a bummer I won't be seeing her again. But to top it off, she wants out of the lease without an early termination fee. I knew right then I can have my way with her by waiving the fee as long as she gave me some of that sweet pussy!
